Real feedback from travelers who stayed at our recreation salon
Staff were incredible. Took a long time to get there — security made me go from terminal S, to 4 then back to S and took about an hour.
Very clean and, as it is right at the terminal, it was very convenient. It was very noisy though, with only a curtain to keep out the noise from the terminal.
Convenience of the location to the boarding gates is the big plus. The sound proofing is not good — could hear others snoring and a baby crying.
Loved this place, such a good idea — wish more airports had them. Location of course was great, staff were super friendly and bed was really comfy.
Very convenient and the communication was good. It's really a pod, a bed and nothing else — shared facilities, and you can hear the people who come and go. Much better than sleeping on the chair, but not a hotel room.
Location is great if you need to spend a few hours or a night before your next flight. You can also have a shower, which is very handy before a long flight. As other reviews note, in the morning people started moving around and it got a bit noisy.
Very convenient location, for a fair price. Some noise during the night.
The location is perfect when you have to be at the airport very early — you save time and avoid sleeping at the airport. I think it is totally overpriced though.
The business idea is great: your flight gets delayed, you book a bed and sleep. Staff was professional and friendly, and the shared bathroom and shower were clean. The bed linens didn't look clean, and you wake up every time somebody's alarm goes off.
Overall, it was very convenient location that I didn't need to go through the security again. All the facility (equipment) are very new and very comfortable stay with short sleep. The reservation system needs to be improved that staff needed to verify several times accessing internal system.
It was a bit like camping. I like the place but it is a bit nosy, because you can hear the people in the boxes around you.
Great location. But I booked a twin room for my wife and me and was given two separate upper rooms that required climbing instead. I couldn't sleep all night because of constant airport announcements, and being next to the front desk meant even more noise from staff conversations.
