Morning Aeroexpress: timetable and strategy
The first Aeroexpress from Sheremetyevo departs around 5:30 a.m. Trains then run every 30 minutes until midnight. Travel time to Belorussky Station is 47 minutes.
Alarm at 5:00. Check into your capsule on arrival, get ready in 15 minutes, walk down to the platform and catch the first train. By 6:30 you are already at Belorusskaya — transfer to the metro or grab a taxi home.
If you are in no rush, sleep until 7:00-8:00 and take a later train. The schedule is frequent — pick whichever time suits you.
