Tariffs & Cancellation Policy
Appendix No. 1 to the Public Offer of gettsleep.com. Edition 2.0.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Appendix is an integral part of the Public Offer of gettsleep.com and defines the tariff terms, pricing methodology, and cancellation rules.
1.2. All Services on gettsleep.com are provided on a time basis with a billing increment of 15 (fifteen) minutes. The minimum Rental Period is 4 (four) hours. The maximum is 24 (twenty-four) hours within a single Order.
1.3. Service cost is calculated based on the tariff rate and the duration of the Rental Period. The total cost is displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
2. Tariff Plans
2.1. Standard Tariff (Flex)

2.3. Promo Tariff Discount Scale

The specific discount amount is set individually for each Property and is displayed on the Property page at the time of tariff selection.
3. Cancellation and Refund Terms
3.1. Standard Tariff (Flex) -- Cancellation Terms

"No-show" means the Guest does not arrive at the Property within 2 hours of the start of the booked Rental Period without prior notification to the Aggregator.
3.2. Promo Tariff -- Cancellation Terms
The Promo Tariff is offered at a substantial discount in exchange for the Guest accepting increased cancellation penalties. The Aggregator is obligated to pay the Service Provider the full Order amount at the Promo Tariff regardless of whether the Guest checks in.

Important: The Guest retains the right to cancel the Order and receive a refund at any time in accordance with Article 32 of Russian Law No. 2300-1. Upon cancellation, the Aggregator withholds a penalty equal to the actually incurred expenses of the Service Provider as set out in the table above.
3.3. Force Majeure
In the case of documented force majeure circumstances (flight delay, illness, and other events under Article 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), the Guest may apply to the Aggregator for a full or partial refund, attaching supporting documentation. The review period is 10 business days.
4. Extension Procedure
4.1. Extension of the Rental Period is arranged at the front desk of the Property.
4.2. Additional hours are charged at the Standard Tariff rate applicable on the check-in date, regardless of the tariff of the original booking.
4.3. In case of late check-out without arranging an extension, the conditions of Section 5.1 of the Offer shall apply.
5. Other Services
The Website may offer Services unrelated to accommodation (business lounges, Fast Track, VIP lounges, and others). Separate tariffs and cancellation terms apply to such Services and are displayed on the relevant Service page.
