1. Terms and Definitions

Aggregator / Agent — Comfort Management Group LLC (OGRN 1197746296428, INN 9725009470), the owner and operator of the service information aggregator in accordance with Russian Consumer Protection Law No. 2300-1 dated 07.02.1992, managing the website gettsleep.com.

Service Provider — a legal entity that directly provides the Service to the Guest. The name and details of the Service Provider for each specific Order are displayed in the "Service Provider Information" pop-up on the checkout page.

Website — the website gettsleep.com, including its mobile versions and applications.

Property — an accommodation facility (hotel room, capsule room) available for booking through the Website.

Service — temporary accommodation in the Property on an hourly basis, as well as ancillary services (business lounges, Fast Track, and others) listed on the relevant Property page.

Rental Period — the period of temporary accommodation in the Property measured in hours. The minimum Rental Period is 4 (four) hours. The maximum is 24 (twenty-four) hours within a single Order.

Order — a booking of the Service placed through the Website, accepted by the Guest by clicking the "Pay" button.

Guest / User — a natural person placing an Order on the Website.

Promo Tariff — a special discounted tariff with increased cancellation penalties as set out in Appendix No. 1. Marked with a "Promo" badge on the Property page.

Standard Tariff (Flex) — the base tariff without a discount, with cancellation terms as set out in Appendix No. 1.

Voucher — an electronic document sent to the Guest by email after the Order is confirmed, serving as the basis for check-in.

2. General Provisions

2.1. This document constitutes a public offer of the Aggregator in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, addressed to an unlimited number of persons.

2.2. The Aggregator acts as the agent of the Service Provider under an agency agreement. All rights and obligations under the service agreement arise directly between the Guest and the Service Provider. The Aggregator is authorized to accept payment from the Guest on behalf of the Service Provider and to transfer such payment to the Service Provider.

2.3. Acceptance of this Offer is effected by clicking the "Pay" button on the checkout page. From that moment, the Offer is deemed a binding agreement.

2.4. By clicking the "Pay" button, the Guest simultaneously confirms that:

• they have read these Terms and accept them in full;
• they have reviewed the description of the Property, the parameters of the selected tariff, and the cancellation terms (Appendix No. 1);
• they consent to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the Order, in accordance with the Privacy Policy (gettsleep.com/privacy);
• they have reviewed the Service Provider information available in the "Service Provider Information" pop-up on the checkout page.

2.5. When selecting the Promo Tariff, the Guest additionally confirms acceptance of the increased cancellation penalties by checking the corresponding box on the Website interface (the single checkbox at checkout).

2.6. The Offer may be amended by the Aggregator without prior notice. The revised edition takes effect upon publication on the Website. Amendments do not apply to Orders that have already been placed and paid for.

2.7. The Aggregator is the owner of the service information aggregator in accordance with Section 2.1, Article 9 of Russian Law No. 2300-1 and is responsible for the accuracy of information about Properties and Service Providers published on the Website.

3. Booking Procedure

3.1. Booking is carried out in the following order:

1. The Guest selects the Property, check-in date and time, duration of the Rental Period (no less than 4 hours), and the tariff.
2. The Guest enters their details: first name, last name, email address, phone number.
3. The Guest may review the Service Provider information by clicking "Service Provider Information".
4. If the Promo Tariff is selected, the Guest checks the box accepting the cancellation penalty terms.
5. The Guest clicks "Pay" and completes the payment.

3.2. After successful payment, the Guest receives a Voucher at the specified email within 15 minutes. If the Voucher has not arrived, please contact: support@gettsleep.com.

3.3. The Rental Period is calculated from the moment of actual check-in. Minimum: 4 hours, maximum: 24 hours. Extension is available at the front desk subject to room availability.

3.4. Check-in and check-out are available 24/7 (unless otherwise stated on the specific Property page).

4. Price and Payment

4.1. The cost of the Service is calculated according to the selected tariff for the Rental Period. The total cost is displayed on the checkout page before payment.

4.2. Payment is accepted by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, MIR) through a secure payment gateway. Transactions are in Russian rubles (RUB). Full prepayment of 100% is required at the time of booking.

4.3. After payment, the Guest receives a fiscal receipt in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

5. Late Check-out

5.1. In the event of a late check-out beyond the paid Rental Period:

• up to 1 hour -- surcharge at the hourly tariff rate;
• from 1 to 4 hours -- surcharge equal to the cost of a 4-hour block at the Standard Tariff;
• over 4 hours -- payment for an additional full 24-hour period.

5.2. The surcharge is payable at the front desk of the Property.

6. Cancellation and Refund

6.1. The Guest may cancel the Order at any time pursuant to Article 32 of Russian Law No. 2300-1, paying the Service Provider for actually incurred expenses. The cancellation penalty terms are set out in Appendix No. 1.

6.2. To cancel, please send a request to support@gettsleep.com stating the Order number and Guest name. The Aggregator will process the request within 10 business days.

6.3. Refunds are issued to the card used for payment within 5 to 10 business days.

6.4. Promo Tariff. When booking at the Promo Tariff, the Guest acknowledges that this tariff is offered at a substantial discount (from 5% to 75%) and carries increased cancellation penalties as set out in Appendix No. 1. The Guest's right to cancel the Service, as guaranteed by Article 32 of Russian Law No. 2300-1, is fully preserved.

6.5. In the case of documented force majeure circumstances (flight delay, illness, and other events under Article 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), the Guest may apply to the Aggregator for a full or partial refund, attaching supporting documentation.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. The Aggregator undertakes to:

• ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information about Properties, tariffs, and Service Providers;
• promptly transmit Order details to the Service Provider;
• send the Guest a Voucher and a fiscal receipt;
• maintain a support service: support@gettsleep.com.

7.2. The Aggregator shall not be liable for:

• the quality of Services provided directly by the Service Provider;
• refusal to check in the Guest for reasons attributable to the Service Provider;
• technical unavailability of the Property due to force majeure.

7.3. The Guest undertakes to:

• provide accurate information when making a booking;
• arrive at the Property at the booked time or notify of any changes in advance;
• present the Voucher and a valid photo ID upon check-in;
• comply with the house rules of the Property.

7.4. The Guest is entitled to:

• receive accurate information about the Property and the Service Provider before entering into the agreement;
• cancel the Order at any time subject to the conditions of Section 6.1 of this Offer;
• submit complaints to the Service Provider regarding the quality of the Service, and to the Aggregator regarding booking and payment matters.

8. Liability. Claims Procedure

8.1. Claims regarding the quality of the Service shall be directed to the Service Provider, whose details are indicated in the Voucher and in the "Service Provider Information" pop-up.

8.2. Claims regarding booking, payment, and refunds shall be directed to the Aggregator: support@gettsleep.com or by post to the registered address.

8.3. The claim review period is 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Guest may bring legal proceedings at the court of their place of residence. Russian law shall apply.

9. Properties and Service Providers

The Service Provider information for a specific Order is displayed in the "Service Provider Information" pop-up on the checkout page and in the Voucher.

10. Personal Data

10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (gettsleep.com/privacy) and Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

10.2. The Aggregator transmits the Guest's personal data to the Service Provider to the extent necessary for fulfilling the Order. The Service Provider is an independent data controller and is responsible for the processing of such data after receipt.

10.3. Data related to the Order is retained for no less than 5 years from the date the Order is fulfilled.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including Russian Law No. 2300-1 and Government Decree No. 1912 dated 27.11.2025 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services".

11.2. The Aggregator is not a tour operator or travel agent within the meaning of Federal Law No. 132-FZ.
