Loyalty Program Terms
Public offer for participation in the GettSleep loyalty program. Edition 3.0.
1. Terms and Definitions
Organizer — Comfort Management Group LLC, OGRN 1197746296428, operating the website gettsleep.com.
Program — the GettSleep cumulative loyalty program, providing Participants with a personal discount and benefits depending on the number of Completed Orders.
Participant — a registered user of the Personal Account on gettsleep.com who has accepted these Terms.
Level — the Participant's status, determining the personal discount percentage and the set of benefits. Assigned automatically on a cumulative basis.
Personal Discount — a percentage discount on the Order price at the Standard Tariff, applied automatically when placing an Order through an authorized Personal Account.
Completed Order — an Order for which the Guest has actually checked in and checked out of the Property.
Coupon — a personal promo code providing a one-time discount on a specific Order. Issued by the Organizer as part of promotions, on birthdays, and in other cases.
2. Joining the Program. Acceptance
2.1. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge. To join, the User must register a Personal Account on gettsleep.com and accept these Terms by clicking the "Join the Loyalty Program" button.
2.2. Clicking the "Join" button constitutes acceptance of this Offer in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.3. The Participant must be a natural person aged 18 or older. One person -- one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional discounts is prohibited and constitutes grounds for exclusion from the Program.
3. Levels, Discounts, and Benefits
The Level is assigned automatically after each Completed Order is recorded. The Level never decreases -- it is retained for the entire duration of Program membership.

3.1. The discount applies starting from the second Order: the first Completed Order advances the Participant to the Start level, and the discount is effective on the next booking.
3.2. Gold Level Benefits
- Personal discount stacks with Coupons -- when using any Coupon, the Gold discount (12%) is applied additionally.
- Personal discount applies to the Promo Tariff -- the Gold discount stacks with the Promo price.
- Priority support -- a dedicated support line with response time of no more than 2 hours.
- Early check-in -- subject to room availability, check-in is possible up to 1 hour before the booked time at no extra charge; confirmed at the front desk.
- Guaranteed extension -- the Rental Period may be extended by 30 minutes at no charge (once per Order, subject to room availability).
3.3. Platinum Level Benefits
All Gold level benefits, plus:
- Personal discount of 15% -- the maximum discount under the Program.
- Room type selection -- if multiple room types are available, the Participant may choose their preferred type at check-in.
- Personal manager -- a dedicated contact for bookings and issue resolution.
- Birthday gift -- a 15% discount Coupon with an extended validity of 6 months (other levels receive standard terms per Section 5.1).
4. How the Discount Works
4.1. The personal discount is applied automatically to the Standard Tariff price when placing an Order through an authorized Personal Account.
4.2. Levels Start, Regular, Silver: the personal discount does not stack with the Promo Tariff or Coupons -- whichever is chosen by the Participant applies.
4.3. Levels Gold and Platinum: the personal discount stacks with Coupons and the Promo Tariff price per Sections 3.2-3.3.
4.4. The discount is applied to the base Order cost. VAT is calculated on the final amount after the discount is applied.
5. Coupons
5.1. Coupons are issued to Participants in the following cases:

5.2. A Coupon is applied by entering the promo code in the corresponding field during checkout.
5.3. Combining multiple Coupons in a single Order is not permitted.
5.4. A Coupon is personal and non-transferable. If a violation is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to void the Coupon.
5.5. The date of birth in the Personal Account may be changed no more than once during Program membership.
6. Changes to and Termination of the Program
6.1. The Organizer may amend the Program terms by notifying Participants on the Website and by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Orders placed before the changes are subject to the prior terms.
6.2. The Organizer may terminate the Program by notifying Participants at least 30 days in advance. The discount level already assigned and Coupons already issued shall remain valid during the 30-day notice period.
6.3. The Participant may leave the Program through the Personal Account settings. Upon re-joining, the history of Completed Orders is not voided -- the level is restored.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. The Program operates within the Russian Federation and is governed by Russian law.
7.2. Discounts and Coupons under the Program do not constitute taxable income of the Participant under Russian tax law.
7.3. Participation in the Program implies the Participant's consent to the processing of personal data for Program purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy at gettsleep.com/privacy.
7.4. Non-material benefits (early check-in, room selection, extension) are provided subject to availability -- a vacant room at the Property. The absence of a vacant room does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Appendix: GettSleep Referral Program
General Provisions
The Referral Program is an additional feature within the GettSleep Loyalty Program and operates under the terms of this Appendix.
Participation is available to all Loyalty Program Participants who have a Personal Account on gettsleep.com.
Mechanics and Rewards
After the Referee's Qualifying Stay, both parties receive rewards automatically:

The Referrer's coupon is issued only after the Qualifying Stay is recorded -- not at the time of the Referee's registration. There is no limit on the number of referrals a single Referrer may invite. The Referee's Qualifying Stay counts toward the Referrer's level in the Loyalty Program on standard terms.
Restrictions and Anti-Fraud
- The referral link may not be used to register a repeat account for the same person.
- The referral link may not be used in public advertising (contextual ads, spam mailings, coupon aggregators) without the written consent of the Organizer.
- The referral link may not be used in conjunction with other cashback or reward services that simulate organic referrals.
One email address, one phone number, and one payment method per account. The Organizer reserves the right to void referral coupons and exclude a Participant upon detection of artificial manipulation.
