Key Facts at a Glance
Why You Need a Rest Room in the International Departure Zone
You've cleared passport control. Ahead — four hours until boarding. Or eight. Or an overnight wait. The gate seats are free, but sleeping in them is its own form of torture: bright lights, announcements, air-conditioning drafts, and someone's suitcase under your feet.
GettSleep is located on the third floor of Terminal C, right inside the secure zone. It's a capsule hotel — not a lounge with armchairs, but proper sleeping spaces behind walls. You book online, pass through security, and head to the third floor. Straight down the corridor, past duty-free, toward the Orion business lounge — the GettSleep desk is on your left. Three to four minutes from security to your pillow. No need to go through passport control again.
What Capsule Types Are Available in Sheremetyevo Terminal C
Seven formats — from a compact capsule for one to a private room with its own shower. Your choice depends on how many of you there are, how long until your flight, and how much privacy matters.
Solo — a 2 m² capsule with an 80 cm mattress. Single sleeping space, curtain, USB outlet, ventilation. The most affordable option: from ₽2,400 for 4 hours. Perfect when you just need to lie down and switch off for a couple of hours.
Twin — a capsule with a 120 cm bed. For two people or for one who wants more space. From ₽3,200 for 4 hours. Great for couples and families with a child.
Yin-Yang — a mini-room with a door and private bathroom. This is no longer a capsule but a small hotel room: you can shower, change, and spend time together in quiet. Two levels: lower — no ladder needed, upper — quieter.
Coupe — the only format with two separate beds and a shower. For colleagues, friends, or families where sharing a bed isn't an option. Available only in Terminal C.
Can You Actually Get a Good Night's Sleep in an Airport Capsule Hotel
Short answer — yes, if you're tired. Long answer — it depends on your expectations.
Noise levels inside the capsule are with typical airport background noise. That's quieter than the average office. Footsteps, conversations, trolley rattling — all stay outside. Safety announcements are audible — regulations require it, and no hotel inside a terminal can change that. Free earplugs are available at the front desk — most guests fall asleep without any issues with them.
Orthopedic mattresses. A blanket, bed linen, and pillow are included. You can request a duvet at the front desk. The capsule zone has its own climate control, separate from the terminal: not hot in summer, not cold in winter.
Showers in Terminal C — Where to Shower Before Your Flight
Shared shower cabins are available to all hotel guests free of charge. Hot water, towel included. If you need complete privacy — choose the Yin-Yang or Coupe: they have a shower right in the room, behind a closed door.
A shower before a long flight isn't a luxury — it's basic hygiene. Especially if you've spent the day in the city, arrived from a hot country, or simply want to board the plane feeling fresh. This is one of the main reasons a hotel in the departure zone beats a chair in the waiting area.
